My name is Madison and I have been providing therapy services for over 7 years in Ohio and in Minnesota. I have experience working with individuals of all ages and walks of life in a variety of settings, including schools, physician's office/hospitals, and private practice. I believe that every client is unique and has different needs, even if they are facing similar challenges. It is my job to figure out which approach will be most effective for you.

I am a licensed professional clinical counselor that specializes in depression and anxiety disorders. I have telehealth only services at this time. I have experience working with a diverse population and all age ranges but my focus and passion has always been on teens, youth, and their families.

My name is Paris and I am a dependently licensed professional counselor in both Ohio and Texas. She has over 15 years of clinical experience across a variety of settings including outpatient specialty clinics, crisis intervention, structured outpatient programs, inpatient psychiatric facilities, large non-profits, and private practice.

There is a curious habit that I've noticed, especially when working with teens, that clients will mostly only work on the "issue of the week." This can have numerous benefits and can also delay the client's progress on any underlying concerns or patterns. Ideally, once a client has agreed to their treatment goals, they continue to take attainable steps towards that goal in therapy and in their daily life. When a client feels comfortable with their therapist to share their thoughts, emotions, and vulnerabilities, then deeper work can happen.

Therapy sessions with me are trauma-, CBT- and DBT-informed. Sessions can be solution-oriented and/or psychotherapeutic. We can work on specific emotional regulation and/or social skills, process identities, set and plan goals, connect you to resources, and more. We can focus on identity development, transgender journeys, disability as an identity, anxiety and depression, chronic illness, queer/polyamorous relationships, and/or being religious and LGBTQ+. This is your journey, and as your therapist, I can be a helpful guide along the way. Sometimes folks are afraid of "starting over with a new therapist" or "having to rehash the past". It's totally valid to be nervous about opening up to a new person, practically a stranger, but the good news is, we can start right where you are! I have found my "home" as a therapist with the intervention called EMDR, but have witnessed the benefits of other interventions I am trained in including: CBT, DBT, CAMS, and Expressive Arts Therapies. Suicidal ideation, depression, and trauma (including surviving abuse) are my specialties.

Jessica is an LPCC and has extensive teaching and clinical experience helping others overcome life struggles and achieve success. She has taught classes focused on success and critical thinking and brings this professional knowledge into her clinical work. She has worked with all ages and has special expertise and experience working with adolescents and young adults.

Heather Koontz has been practicing in the mental health field for 24 years and holds a Master’s Degree from the College of Social Work at The Ohio State University. She is a certified Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor and is Pupil Licensed through the Ohio Department of Education. She is an Independently Licensed in Social Worker with a Supervisory Designation. She specializes in mood disorders, relationships of all kinds, adolescents, young adults, life changes, and pre-marital or marriage counseling. Heather’s therapy approach is inclusive and affirming with a strong focus on solution-based interventions.
