I identify with a culturally sensitive approach because vulnerability is difficult for anyone, and having someone who understands you can help.

My passion lies in supporting adults. My approach to therapy centers around Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems. However, I adapt to your unique needs depending on your concerns and treatment goals by taking a flexible and multifaceted approach to your treatment. I provide sessions in Spanish and English.
