My goal is to empower my clients in developing the self-acceptance and confidence to make healthy changes, increase quality of life, and move towards healing and balance. My years in the field have been spent working with diverse groups, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, trauma survivors, and those struggling with various mental health issues.

I see adults and couples, providing both short-term and long-term psychotherapy, in order to increase personal insight and decrease unwanted symptoms.

​Counseling isn’t one size fits all. I approach the counseling process eclectically and by meeting the patient where they are in their life. I believe it’s important to incorporate various techniques, as well as different forms of interaction that may facilitate deeper conversation and connection. I believe in order for someone to feel comfortable opening up, they have to trust. Sometimes this means stepping outside of your comfort zone. I love providing my clients with a safe and nonjudgmental space for them to be themselves. My biggest goal is for my clients to know that they have someone there for them, someone who can help them with their struggles and provide them support. I want to help people find balance in their lives, and aid people in finding their true selves.
