I also specialize in helping survivors of violence rebuild safety, strength, and self-agency.
When words aren’t enough, healing can come through creativity, connection, and care. In therapy, I offer a space where creative expression honors your story and supports your healing. My approach is integrative and multidisciplinary, blending talk therapy with expressive arts to explore what words alone cannot capture. Through drawing, collage, movement, and storytelling, our sessions become a space to process what feels unseen or unspoken. Viewing each person through a systemic and holistic lens allows to understand the many layers of identity, experience, and meaning that shape who you are.

Hi! I'm glad you're here! It takes courage to reach out for support, and you’ve already taken an important first step. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by past trauma, or caught in the stress of high-conflict relationships with family, partners, or co-parents. Others are navigating the challenges of disability—whether their own or a loved one’s—and want a therapist who truly understands and affirms their experience.

I believe in the power of change and having new insights. Life is hard and having someone to listen and walk you through some of life’s toughest challenges can be the strength you need to succeed.

In environments of generational trauma, violence, and oppression, however, these needs often go unfulfilled—whether or not our caregivers are making their best efforts—and we can move through life feeling a void: disconnected, abandoned, misunderstood, never loved quite right or quite well enough, ashamed for needing care and connection.
Using somatic, relational, experiential, and behavioral approaches, I help clients move past intellectualization, deepen their understandings of themselves, expand their toolbox of life skills, and caringly reparent themselves. I aim to support clients in forming secure relationships with self—and, ensuing from there, with others and the world.

I treat individuals, couples, trauma, adult survivors of incest and people who abuse their partners as well as abused partners.
When people are in emotional pain, they usually try to "fix it" themselves. Making the decision to see a therapist often occurs when they have run out of options. I believe that seeking professional help is an action of hope. I can listen to people's pain because of my profound belief that therapy offers a second chance for a more satisfying life. Through the process of therapy, I can offer a more satisfying life to people who are experiencing relationship issues, depression, anxiety, unhappiness with their lives and couples who are having difficulty in their relationships.

I also focus on supporting survivors of violence as they rebuild safety, resilience, and self-agency.
When language falls short, healing may unfold through imagination, relationship, and care. In therapy, I create a space where creative expression centers your lived story and gently supports growth. My work is integrative and multidisciplinary, weaving conversation with expressive arts to access experiences that words alone struggle to hold. Using drawing, collage, movement, and storytelling, sessions become a place to meet what has felt invisible or unsaid. Seeing each person through a systemic and holistic lens helps reveal the many layers of identity, context, and meaning that shape who you are.

It can be really scary not feeling like yourself. It’s disappointing to exist without truly living or feeling a sense of purpose. It’s very painful and lonely losing a loved one/ending close relationships. There can also be a lot of depression, anxiety, and grief that comes with feeling stuck, letting go or dealing with situations you can't control. Without the proper support, life stressors can take a tremendous toll on your mental and emotional health and lead to trouble with your relationships as well as your overall functioning.

Sports psychology (equestrian sports in particular), infertility, anxiety, narcissistic abuse recovery, trauma, parenting support and executive coaching are interests.
Are you in an unhealthy relationship? Is it hard for you to set boundaries with significant others? Do you have difficulty making decisions? Doubting yourself or feeling like an imposter can make tough times (and difficult decisions) even tougher. I can help you explore and develop a greater understanding and appreciation of your authentic self. Our bodies do keep the score, so it’s vital to connect mind and body. Unprocessed trauma can block that connection. Once our nervous system is regulated, everything seems to fall into place: Anxiety decreases, as does pain perception, while cognitive and creative capabilities increase.

My ideal clients are often navigating the stress and complexity of balancing multiple cultural identities, academic or career pressure, and personal challenges like trauma or anxiety. Many are first-generation immigrants or students who feel overwhelmed, unseen, or disconnected. They may be seeking clarity, emotional support, or a sense of belonging—and above all, a safe space to feel understood. Their goals often include reducing stress, processing difficult experiences, and building a stronger sense of self. As a therapist-in-training, I will be working under licensed professionals who will provide both supervision and training.

I provide stress and anxiety therapy for women, including mothers, who feel overwhelmed, constantly worried, or caught in cycles of self-doubt. Many of the women I work with appear to be managing it all, yet internally feel stretched thin and quietly carry the weight of relationships, family life, career demands, or shifting roles and identity. Others are functioning well overall but want support around a specific issue or space to focus more intentionally on their personal growth.

Domestic Abuse Therapists
What are the most effective ways to recover from domestic abuse?
Leaving an abusive relationship requires tremendous courage, so survivors in treatment should recognize that they have already completed the most important step. Still, the trauma of physical or emotional abuse can be difficult to process and overcome. Therapy can help survivors process trauma, grief, and difficult emotions, treat relevant mental health symptoms, and create a new framework for boundaries and relationships in the future. For some, support groups can also be an invaluable outlet for healing.

When should an individual seek help for domestic abuse?
Victims of intimate partner violence should seek help immediately. It can take substantial time, planning, energy, and courage to leave an abusive relationship, but starting the process—by seeking therapy, calling the domestic violence hotline, or simply confiding in a loved one—will help them get there. Those who have left abusive relationships but haven’t sought treatment can also greatly benefit from therapy to process and heal from the experience.

What are the consequences of staying in an abusive relationship?
Remaining in an abusive relationship has serious repercussions. In addition to the ongoing threat of physical danger and emotional abuse, research shows that intimate partner violence is associated with a range of mental health disorders including depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, and substance abuse. Therefore it’s important for individuals in an abusive relationship to seek help as soon as possible.

How can you get domestic abuse treatment for someone else?
It can be very complicated to identify and leave an abusive relationship; barriers include the threat of violence, financial instability, and family pressures. Those concerned about a loved one in an abusive relationship should talk to them about the situation, provide them with resources such as the domestic violence hotline, and introduce the idea of seeing a therapist due to their concern for the person’s safety and well-being.
