Therapy can be about managing difficult emotions and situations in our lives, and it can also mean discovering who you really are, getting to know yourself on a deeper level, layer by layer. The more you know yourself, the more you can navigate life in a way that’s aligned with your values and your soul’s purpose. However, to really love ourselves, we can attempt to love all of our parts. So perhaps we can find some space to turn towards anger or sadness with love and compassion and we can give these parts the opportunity to heal and harmonize with our core selves.
Working with me, we will explore your life from a body, mind, and spirit approach. We will work with the present, as well as with the past and future. We will take control of your narrative as we bring what’s subconscious, to consciousness.
