Hi! My name is Sarah, I'm a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist and community partner at Healing Reimagined. I've been providing trauma informed counseling in non-profits, sexual violence prevention programs, and long-term mental health & substance abuse treatment for the last 5 years. I primarily work with individuals who are navigating anxiety and life changes, folks who have been affected by interpersonal violence, addiction, or other traumas. My intention is to create a space that feels secure for folks to feel seen and heard for who they are, while moving through their own healing process.

I have over 15 years experience working with couples, individuals, and families. I specialize in treating couples experiencing relationship issues from different backgrounds and cultures. While the relationship itself is the focus in couples counseling, I help each partner to pay attention to self-improvement and self-awareness. The therapy process is collaborative, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each couple.
