Often times, our past impacts our present . Therefore, we can strive to not only address your current symptoms, but attempt to resolve the root causes to your problems, such as unresolved trauma. We don’t always realize how old emotional wounds are still causing us pain.
My primary area of expertise is anxiety disorders, ranging from generalized anxiety to PTSD. I also have extensive experience with addiction. I have experience with several treatment modalities and approaches, including EMDR and IFS. For OCD, I heavily utilize ERP. I work with individuals, couples, and families.
