I specialize in helping children and their families who have experienced trauma, grief and acute family conflict. With over 15 years of experience working in related fields of school based programs, community mental health, case management, crisis intervention, trauma, grief and loss, I have a practice specialty of working with at-risk youth and their families. As a family therapist, I assist families' to problem-solve, communicate and work towards positive functioning at home and school. I also counsel adults and couples who experience marital difficulties, life transitions, grief and loss and psychological issues.

We all strive for clarity and peace while navigating the many challenges life throws our way. Counseling allows you the space to focus on your personal growth while working through hardships and hurts. My goal as a therapist is to provide my clients with that safe and caring space where they can let their walls down and feel supported on their journey to being the best version of themselves. I believe that every single person can flourish when they have someone to empathetically listen and understand them.

Rev Harry is the founder of Alpha & Omega. Rev Harry holds a State License as a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor(LCADC). Harry holds a four-year degree from Somerset Christian College in Psychology/Christian Counseling, and his Masters at Mid American Christian University (MACU). He is also a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. Harry serves in leadership roles at Zarephath Christian Church and assisted in the development and launch of Victory in Christ Ministry. Rev Harry volunteers in the capacity of a Pastoral Christian Counselor at Zarephath's Health Center, serving those struggling with addictions.

With over 23 years of experience in private practice, I have worked productively with adults, couples, and teenagers, in addition to running group therapy. I am a NJ licensed Psychologist , and owner of A New Way Counseling and Psychotherapy LLC a group practice serving individuals, couples, and families in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Former Program Director of the Child and Adolescent Program at one of the largest outpatient programs in New Jersey, I co-own BluePrint Mental Health with my husband John Mopper. I confidently treat children, adolescents and their families to cope with and overcome the barriers they are currently facing. Children and teens often shut down or act out when they are struggling and do not have the skillset to express themselves in healthy ways, which can leave a parent lost as to what is happening with their child and what to do.

I enjoy working with children, adolescents and adults of all ages in individual, couples and family therapy. Together we will work to identify your strengths and coping tools to improve relationships, emotions and behaviors. We will focus on changing automatic negative, self critical thinking to more empowered, compassionate thoughts.
