I enjoy working with children, adolescents and adults of all ages in individual, couples and family therapy. Together we will work to identify your strengths and coping tools to improve relationships, emotions and behaviors. We will focus on changing automatic negative, self critical thinking to more empowered, compassionate thoughts.
In addition to working with a variety of problems such as anxiety, depression and relationship issues, I specialize in treating eating disorders including anorexia, bulimia, and compulsive overeating. I also have specialized training in working with trauma issues, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
