I use evidence-based treatment modalities, including dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) as frameworks to build on effective coping skills. Using a person-centered approach, I focus on the therapeutic alliance to foster a safe environment in therapy. I also specialize in the use of body and breath work to address trauma responses.
