I have years of experience working with individuals ages 18 and older who have dealt with depression, anxiety, chronic health issues, perinatal health, grief and loss, and trauma. I take pride in developing a trusting relationship and using that trust to explore, process and create interventions that will ultimately allow you to grow, and/or heal.
My style is open, direct yet warm, honest, with a sense of humor. I favor a cognitive behavioral therapy modality of treatment, but will also use motivational interviewing,strengths based, solution focused, and family systems approaches. It is my privilege to be a part of your journey.
