I use a combination of Somatic Mindfulness and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you interact with your inner world. I am polyvagal-informed and focus heavily on somatic and meditation practices. Attunement, relational safety, and authenticity are all hallmarks of my approach. I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).
