For nineteen years, I have counseled individuals impacted by trauma and addiction. I specialize in working with vulnerable populations who have complex trauma or post traumatic stress disorder. Over the years, I have also had the opportunity to address the unique needs of the first responder community. I am in a variety of interventions that allow clients to process their traumatic experiences effectively and efficiently.
I am the owner of Porchlight, a private practice in Columbus. We have a wonderful staff of skilled clinicians to meet a variety of needs. As we continue to grow, we are able to see new clients quickly.
I specialize in trauma and addiction recovery. I am able to provide both EMDR and Brainspotting, as well as other interventions as needed. I am IFS informed and continue to seek consultation for the major interventions I use in treatment. We are available for both in person and telehealth services.
Building helpful relationships is my passion! I am eager to join clients in their efforts toward healing. I encourage clients to move toward progress while allowing them to work at their own pace. I look forward to working with clients who are curious or motivated about their personal growth and recovery!
