Somatic Healing (Pay What You Can) (In-Person)
Are you carrying anxiety, depression, anger, addiction or trauma in your body and feeling stuck despite trying other approaches? This 12-week in-person group takes a body-based approach to healing, combining the Rest and Restore Protocol (a research-based music program) with somatic exercises and nervous system education. Rather than focusing on talking, the group emphasizes experiential practices that help you notice, track, and shift body sensations, supporting the release of anxiety, anger, addiction, depression, trauma, and unhelpful behaviors.

Healing Trauma with IFS & Drama
Tired of talk therapy? Ready to go deeper in your journey of healing? With guidance from licensed therapists (John & Chelsea), you'll have opportunities to explore past trauma and heal the roots of your symptoms, all within a safe context of other caring people who have similar histories. This group is for people who already have general stability and coping skills and are ready for deeper processing and self-relationship. Clinically, we draw from IFS, Psychodrama, and Somatic approaches.
