If you have debilitating symptoms (e.g., self-hatred, dissociation, overwhelming depression, panic, or suicidality) or intense diagnoses (CPTSD, DID, BPD) and past therapy hasn't helped, I offer a radical new take. It helps address the root causes of your struggles, not just treat the symptoms. It involves deeper, richer work that offers real and lasting change. I'm only taking on Group Therapy clients.
I provide trauma-informed Group Therapy. Individually, I provide Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Internal Family Systems, Somatic Therapy, and touch work on a table (Transforming Touch).

6 Week - Healing Trauma Education & Skills Group
(Starts Jan 10) This group provides a safe and supportive environment where you can receive deep education, practice coping skills, and connect with others engaging in similar healing journeys, all with the guidance of two licensed therapists. This 6-week group will incorporate a wholistic approach including including the nervous system and the body!
