STARTING SEPT 20TH - This group provides a safe and supportive environment where you can receive deep education, practice skills, and connect with others engaging in similar healing journeys, all with the guidance of two licensed therapists. This group will incorporate a wholistic approach including including the nervous system and the body. It's great for those who haven't been in therapy or haven't worked with the body before.
