I offer extensive experience working with individuals across the lifespan, and specialize in assessing and treating depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, suicidal ideation, self-harm, anger, grief, and more. I enjoy working with a wide range of individuals including children (3 and up), teens and adults, and bring experience from a number of non-profit and private practice settings. I seek to build a trusting and authentic therapeutic relationship with each client, with focus on making a positive difference in your life, and will create a treatment plan tailored for you.
My approach includes evidence-based practices that are solution-focused and trauma-informed, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I offer years of experience working with individuals to resolve conflict, increase coping skills and improve overall functioning.
I utilize play therapy to increase emotional regulation and social skills in children while working collaboratively with parents to increase healthy relationships.
