I offer a range of therapeutic modalities that draw from evidence-based practices, including Attachment-Based Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), and Inner Child Work and Mindfulness practices.
