I have been in the mental health and addiction field for 30 years. My approach is to "meet the client where they are at". I will work in partnership with you to help you to achieve your goals, while showing you the respect and trust you are looking for to empower you to move toward positive emotional health. I will help you to explore how past life circumstances has and is affecting you in the present and provide you with tools that will help you to be happy and healthy as an individual and in your relationships.

We are currently accepting new, adult clients (18+) for individual therapy. We are not open for couples or family counseling at this time. At Gray Matters, we help clients reach their emotional wellness goals using a variety of modalities. Meeting clients where they are, we offer single, short-term, long-term, and maintenance sessions through coaching, counseling, psychotherapy, consultation, and mediation. This is not a place to merely 'vent' about problems. Here, clients are active participants in identifying issues and taking the necessary steps to resolve those issues both during and in-between sessions.

I provide healing in wellness as you navigate your mental health issues. Whether you are someone who needs a lot of help or just someone who needs to process daily stressors, I am here to help. My focus is to help heal and build confidence within oneself and provide a positive experience where you see real change and real results. I focus on listening to my clients and what they believe they need and creating realistic goals you can achieve. At this point, I am seeking clients who want to work via online sessions. My practice includes providing psychotherapy for adolescents and adults. I provide individual, group, couples and conjoint therapy. I work primarily within the Internal Family Sytems (IFS) model. This includes working with your unique gifts and potentials, your deepest fears, conflicts and concerns, your past history, your present situations, your relationships, your future goals and dreams, and, if relevant to you, your spiritual self.

I am a Registered Play Therapist and can see children from 10+ online. "Liminality" refers to the middle stage of change, the threshhold between what was, and what is yet to be. It is when, and where, we are forced by circumstance or choice to leave behind what is familiar, and to journey into a place of uncertainty. It is a normal part of being human. I named my practice Liminal Therapy to honor the process of change and human resilience. My clients are adults (18+) and include people with ADHD and related anxiety, depression, grief, loss, trauma, addictions, and issues related to the stressors of life stages and transitions.
