**I am currently taking new clients.** I am a licensed mental health clinician who uses an empathetic and solution focused perspective to assist clients in a variety of stressors, challenges, and life changes. I have a lot of experience in gender affirming care (working with transgender, gender non-conforming, and non-binary folks) as well as those with anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma history.

I believe that through collaboration with the therapist each person can find their true motivation and can navigate their way towards the change by using their inner resources and, if need be, through learning new skills. Be it an emotional challenge or upheaval, a relationship issue or stress, one should not have to do it alone and moving on in life can be possible.
