I am a dually licensed clinical therapist and have working in the field of mental health and addiction treatment for more than 10 years. I use a variety of treatment modalities for an approach that is comprehensive and humanistic and am licensed in both NH and ME.

Dr. Flynn is a licensed psychologist in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He received his master's degree and Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies from Assumption College, Massachusetts, and his doctorate degree in counseling psychology from Boston University. His professional background includes several years of full-time undergraduate and graduate teaching and counseling experience at Franklin Pierce University, River College, Northeastern University, University of Massachusetts at Lowell, Antioch New England Graduate School, Notre Dame College, and the University of New Hampshire. He has completed internships at Boston University and University of Massachusetts Medical Center at Worcester.

Everyone faces struggles in their life, and sometimes having a supportive and unbiased person can help make those struggles easier to navigate. I have experience working with trauma, family and couple issues, mood disorders, anxiety, addiction and dual diagnosis, grief and bereavement, anger management, self esteem struggles, and postpartum and women's issues.

I am a firm believer in collaborative therapy, fostering a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment where clients can strive to surmount life’s obstacles and stressors. My primary objective is to support clients in facilitating a deeper understanding of themself, aiming to improve their overall wellbeing. My clinical expertise lies in helping clients explore the root causes of their self-beliefs and difficulties, aiding them to grasp the intricacies of their unique challenges.

Dr. Matthew Stone is a Psychologist in New Hampshire who has been practicing since 2013. "Hailing from the north shore of Massachusetts, Dr. Stone received his undergraduate degree in biopsychology from Tufts University in Massachusetts. He subsequently received his doctorate in clinical psychology from John F. Kennedy University, in California. Dr. Stone is a specialist in child, adolescent, and family therapy, with focus on assessing and treating autism spectrum disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Valerie O'Brien is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New Hampshire who has been practicing since 2016. Valerie has dual licensure to treat mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders and is trained in DBT and EMDR. Valerie is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys camping, hiking, and fishing.

Cheryl Twombly is a Therapist in New Hampshire who has been practicing since 2020. She earned her Master's degree in Social Work at the University of New Hampshire. Cheryl has more than 30 years of experience as a social worker and has worked with all ages in a variety of settings. It is essential to Cheryl that her clients feel respected, heard, and validated as they journey toward their goals and discover their full self-worth.

Dr. Jes Leonard is a psychologist who has been practicing since 2016. She currently serves as the Training Director for the post-doc and practicum training program at Lifestance NH and as the Regional Clinical Assessment Director for Lifestance NH/ME. She graduated from West Virginia University with a doctoral degree in counseling psychology and Ithaca College with a masters of science degree with a concentration in sport psychology. Dr. Leonard believes in the resilience of all humans and has a client-centered approach in assisting clients live a more purposeful and meaningful life and providing tools to manage life stressors.

I work with first responders doing wellness visits and ongoing therapy. I prefer to do in person therapy sessions, but will do some online work, too. Email is the best way to communicate. I am certified by the National Emergency Responder and Public Safety Center (NERPSC). I feel a person's history, current life, and steps they are taking towards the future are all part of the therapeutic process. Often times, just coming in to talk with someone helps to ease your burden. I tend to ask lots of questions, and we can work to identify what techniques work best for you. I
