I am dedicated to addressing sensitive and often overlooked topics in traditional therapy related to sex and intimacy, as these issues can significantly impact individuals' overall well-being and relationships. By shining a light on areas such as erectile dysfunction, sexual pain, kink-related concerns, religious shame, and infidelity, I aim to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore and work through these challenges. I support clients in both monogamous and polyamorous relationships ultimately helping individuals strengthen their self-identity and foster meaningful connections.

Being a teen or young adult is hard. Besides drowning in a culture of “never enough,” they are bombarded daily by a constant stream of messaging about who, how and what they are supposed to be. The pressure is often crippling, the messages are confusing, and it can be tough to know where to turn for help. For over a decade, I have worked with teens, young adults, and parents who are learning how to navigate this important period with self-awareness, skill, and confidence. I listen carefully and read between the lines, helping young people figure out what is really going on and helping them forge their own, unique path forward.

I am a thoughtful, warm professional with a good sense of humor. My approach is solution-focused and I integrate various treatment modalities, tailoring my approach to meet the individual needs of my clients.

"Liminality" refers to the middle stage of change, the threshhold between what was, and what is yet to be. It is when, and where, we are forced by circumstance or choice to leave behind what is familiar, and to journey into a place of uncertainty. It is a normal part of being human. I named my practice Liminal Therapy to honor the process of change and human resilience. My clients are adults (18+) and include people with ADHD and related anxiety, depression, grief, loss, trauma, addictions, and issues related to the stressors of life stages and transitions. We are currently accepting adult clients age 18+ for individual counseling. We are not currently open for couples or family counseling. At Gray Matters, we help clients reach their emotional wellness goals using a variety of modalities. Meeting clients where they are, we offer single, short-term, long-term, and maintenance sessions through coaching, counseling, psychotherapy, consultation, and mediation. This is not a place to merely 'vent' about problems.
