Whether we're working with young, seasoned, or somewhere in between, the ideal clients are the ones with moxie. Their issue or presenting need is immaterial as we believe humans desire safety and acceptance. The challenge for therapists is to determine if that safety and acceptance is defined internally or externally. Collaboratively, we seek to assist you in identifying your goals and through empowerment, determine the best approach to achieve success.

We provide assistance in various areas and phases of life including, working with trauma victims and families (both military and civilian), addressing domestic violence/relationship concerns, teaching emotional regulation and self-management skills, positive social skills, behavior therapy and/or mental health and addiction counseling.

I enjoy working with individuals, couples, families & children who are impacted by a variety of conditions and who are struggling with life issues. Life balance is the goal and that is done through my work, with anxiety, depression, relationships, loss, trauma and children with behavioral disorders. Many people struggle with a variety of emotional challenges. An inability to manage emotions and behaviors effectively can negatively impact relationships. I help people identify their strengths, understand, experience and express their emotions in appropriate ways.
