Marriage, Couples, Family, and Individual Counseling – I use an eclectic theoretical orientation to help clients identify meaning in their life and create goals to move towards wellness. I help couples reconnect spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Communication is key to success.
I also work with clients trying to manage trauma, eating disorders, change of life crises, addiction, depression, anxiety, and many more. I use an integrated approach by coordinating treatment with your medical provider to make sure your doctor and our treatment goals are aligned.

Most people with BED go undiagnosed and people suffer in silence. I have dedicated the last ten years of my studies to creating new treatments for those suffering with food addiction, emotional eating, unquenchable cravings and the symptomatic trauma and stress thats associated. My treatment for BED combines all the necessary remediations needed to help control the binge cycle, regain control, learn new healthy coping habits to avoid the first bite or to stop eating, learn how to nourish your body with proper nutrition and the importance of exercise for metabolic health. $25/session
