I am a licensed professional counselor with 15 + years of experience in providing individual, couples, and group therapy. I am passionate about working with couples facing relationship and communication issues, and parenting by applying science-based interventions provided by Gottman method where I achieved Level 3 of training. I work well with clients struggling to find who they are, how to be better partners, parents, and friends, clients struggling with attachments, sexual orientation, life transitions and adjustment, anxiety, depression and trauma. I am also fluent in Romanian and French.

I have provided counseling services in a variety of different settings including community mental health and private practice. I am experienced in working with children, adolescents, and young adults with difficulties including self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD symptoms.
