My job is to help individuals, couples, and families optimize their mental health and relationships. I start with carefully listening to how my clients make sense of the world, identify problems, generate possible solutions, and implement choices. The past can influence how we see the present, so it might be important for us to analyze some historical patterns too. However, we certainly will not dwell there. Most people want to be more rooted in the now, while also orienting themselves toward positive future aims. This is ultimately what our work will be about.

Im a licensed Mental Health therapist in Missouri with over 8 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked with clts with a range of concerns such as depression , anxiety, relationships, self esteem, abuse , and career concerns. I have worked with many other diagnosis and concerns , however those were just to name a few. My therapy style is empathic, genuine, and honest. My fellow therapist gave me the nick name of the rapport building therapist because I have a way of connecting with my clients that draws them into trusting the process.

Change is an inevitable part of life. Transitions are as natural as night and day. In nature we observe times when things move slowly without visable change - and then suddenly acceleration occurs followed by a transformation. I am a therapist/professional counselor who works with individuals ranging from childhood through late adulthood, couples, and families to assist them in finding personal growth, and work confidently through the natural transitions life brings. I recognize each client as unique and direct my counseling to the whole person; which attends to the body, mind, and spirit of each.
