I specialize in work with the LGBTQIA+ community, Autism/ADHD, and others traditionally ignored and unwelcome in mainstream healthcare. Anti- racism and fighting all oppression is central to my practice. I’m neurodivergent myself, and love working with others who fall into this category, with or without an official diagnosis. My primary approach is Internal Family Systems, but I utilize a unique blend of methods to accommodate each individual client's needs.
My specialty is my systemic approach. Whether it’s trauma, career, past relationships etc., our mental health is impacted by many things. Thankfully, we each have a unique inner voice to help us know what we need and want. I’m here to empower you to listen to that voice and make the changes you need to feel better.
