I am here to be a compassionate, non-judgmental witness to any human that needs one. I believe a strong, collaborative relationship between client and therapist is important to helping you grow and heal. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR trained. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults, with an emphasis on trauma-work and sexual assault. I have experience working with couples, families, and individuals. The therapeutic atmosphere I build with my clients tends to be one that inspires growth through self-reflection and recognizing one’s strengths. I take a client-centered approach to help you acquire the tools you need to tackle day to day life, anxiety, depression, or other mood disorders.

I believe reaching out for help is the first step and it is a therapist’s job is to help guide you on your path to healing and feeling whole and fulfilled.
