Sometimes distressing events require specific interventions. We practice trauma-informed care and are trained in variety of modalities that can alleviate distress and improve well-being. Approaches we use may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT); emotionally focused therapy (EFT); EMDR therapy; expressive arts therapy; and play and sand tray therapy.
