I specialize in depression, anxiety, communication issues, boundaries, self-esteem, infidelity, imposter syndrome, trauma/PTSD, women’s issues, and personality disorders. I have extensive experience working with individuals experiencing the impact of complex trauma. Another area that I specialize in is post partum depression, I am very passionate about supporting individuals experiencing this and helping them heal.
