The people that find me are often new to the process, uncomfortable with asking for help and/or or have negative past experiences with therapy. so when an individual finally decides to come talk, I want them to be received by someone who is real, authentic, relatable and non-judgmental.

We strive to help people in a safe, private, non-judgmental place to work through issues & ultimately find some peace and happiness in life. Our group includes experts in fields of sex therapy, grief counseling, addiction problems and LGBTQ needs.

I have over 25 years of experience providing resources and assisting people to heal through community agencies. In April 2021 I opened my own business so that I could be free to serve my clients with respect and inclusion. With sensitivity to your needs and individuality, I modify my techniques and milieu to give you a space to comfortably heal. I believe that you are the expert of your own life. I feel that I am simply the guide on the journey to help clarify the forks in the road. It is you who must have the courage and strength to then walk that road. It is then my job to assist in building, supporting, and unearthing the courage and strength that is already there. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults.
