I am very passionate about helping individuals improve their quality of life through support, insight driven, evidence based, and patient paced therapy.

The Anchor Clinic welcomes anyone and promises to assist as we can or refer to someone who has a speciality in your area of need. If trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, or postpartum issues are your primary concern, you have come to the right place. TAC also provides support and coaching for mental health professionals both in person and online.
