I’m the therapist for people who “don’t do therapy”. Whether you're completely new to talk therapy or had a negative past experience, my hope is that you'll find a space that feels safe, authentic, relatable and non-judgmental. I work with individuals experiencing all types of life transitions: grief and loss, relationship issues, trauma, identity, relocation, family conflict. I also help people manage disruptions related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood dysregulation and multiple other issues that interfere with personal, everyday life
I don’t believe therapy needs to be stale, sterile or clinical to be effective. My style is informal, honest, direct and always compassionate. There is room here to laugh, scream, cry or do all simultaneously. Perhaps you simply need a space to quiet your mind. If you don't know exactly what you need, we can figure that out, too.
