With over 30 years of experience, I offer support for trauma, mood issues, and anxiety, and depression. Trained in EMDR and with a masters certification in addiction counseling, I work with clients to set clear and achievable goals. I offer a cognitive-behavioral approach in order to help clients work towards solutions. I work with depression, mood imbalances, anxiety and social disorders, school and work related stress, relationship and family issues, trauma, grief counseling and addictions.
