I work with high-functioning men and women dealing with anxiety, stress, past trauma, and patterns that keep repeating even when they’re trying to do everything right. My approach is direct, grounded, and focused on helping you move forward. We’re not just going to talk about what’s wrong. We’ll figure out what’s driving it and what needs to change. I work with trauma, anxiety, depression, and patterns that keep people stuck. The goal is to help you feel more in control of your day-to-day life.

My background includes work in psychiatric crisis stabilization, addiction treatment, and trauma-focused care. I founded Calm Mind Clinic to help people create real, lasting change, not just short-term relief. I offer both in-person sessions in Ocala and secure virtual sessions across Florida, with flexible scheduling to fit your life.
