When things are especially stressful or overwhelming therapy can be a good resource. I am trained to assist as you make significant decisions or figure out how to proceed. Typically I help people with relationship or family matters, depression and anxiety, loss of a loved one, unexpected circumstances, and matters of personal growth or change.

Overwhelmed, confused, anxiety, frustration, stuck or numb? All relationships (marriage, partners, parenting, work) can create these feelings. Positive changes can happen with a caring and skilled professional. I work with adults and couples in issues of loss, children/adolescence, life changes, blended families, parenting, using a variety of helpful methods. I specialize in a holistic approach including cognitive therapy, DBT, marital/vocational/school issues, assertiveness, relationship support, parenting strategies, behavioral and insight based in a supportive and caring style. I have been a therapist and an educator and I have life experience that connects me with my clients.

2024 Update: I can take BCBS or self-pay, with new client availability in the afternoons. To stay true to my specialization and passion, I only accept new clients for relationship counseling purposes (or through a personalized referral). This can be for couples or individual counseling that centers around relationship issues. I also work closely with the queer community (LGBTQ+, nonmonogamy, kink-friendly, etc.), and I love helping clients create and maintain boundaries while becoming their authentic selves.

It is my belief that quality of life is promoted by breaking through barriers that prevent wholistic growth of the the individual and/or family unit. Thus, it has been my professional goal to empower individuals, families and communities over the last 20 years from my clinical and educational experiences. My specialties are working with adults, 20y/o and older, coping with chronic illness, depression, bipolar, life transitions and difficult situations, which they, a friend/partner, or a family member are experiencing. I work with adults, adolescents, couples and children as young as 12. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches uniquely tailored to each client and based on the treatment goals we develop together. Indira combines mindfulness practices with modern psychotherapeutic techniques to help clients cope with a wide range of symptoms including trauma and traumatic stress, grief, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and obsessive compulsive disorders. The people she works with come from a wide variety of backgrounds, ethnicities, income levels, education levels and sexual and gender identities.

Jamie Campeau is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with over 15 years of experience in the behavioral health field. She enjoys working with all ages, ethnicities, and orientations. She has years of experience with stress management, trauma, grief and loss, postpartum depression, infertility challenges, anxiety, and depression.

I work with children, teens, and adults who have been through a traumatic experience, and other changes throughout life. I work to help you or your child process those changes, support the family system, and help regulate through those challenging behaviors. Through play, connection, and relationship building I use evidence-based practices to help support my clients where their needs are at.

Counseling is deeply personal and relational in nature. I strive to create a place of safety and hope for all those who would seek counseling with me. I work to maintain a trauma informed and multicultural practice; meaning that I understand and am sensitive to the effects of trauma as well as the impact that culture has on the lives of my clients.
