My passion lies in assisting individuals in using holistic methods to recover from past trauma, such as inner parts work, mindfulness techniques, environmental controls, and emotional regulation. With over three decades of experience in the mental health field, I have worked with diverse groups of people, including those within the criminal justice system for 10 years at a high-security prison. However, I have retired from that position in 2022 and am now focused on utilizing holistic approaches to heal trauma.

I can support you in finding ways to engage differently with difficult symptoms and challenging experiences. Symptoms of anxiety, depression and PTSD drain our energy and can make life feel unmanageable. Current events including climate change, increasing violence, racism, sexism, homophobia, and wealth inequality, can be overwhelming and make us feel more isolated and hopeless. Dr. Del Rio is a fully licensed psychotherapist. After receiving undergraduate and graduate degrees in psychology and social work from MSU, she attended ULM and received her Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy. Post her doctorate, she obtained her Sex Therapy certificate from U of M. Her educational path has provided a unique recipe of both micro and macro perspectives and has informed her clinical interpretations. She specializes in anxiety, personality disorders, trauma, and relationships. Dawn utilizes evidence-based techniques such as Trauma-Informed, Solution-Focused, Dialectical Behavior, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies.

He has worked with a wide range of ages using a cognitive behavioral approach to treatment. Mark has worked with individuals who have struggled with concerns ranging from addiction through depression. He believes in a strength-based model and focuses on client care. In addition, Mark also assists with psychological testing including ADHD evaluations.

I come alive helping others grow through their trauma and begin living life again. As an experienced therapist offering EMDR, I have worked in the mental health field since 2006 and specialize in trauma, PTSD, car accidents, violent attacks, couples/family counseling, grief/loss, panic/anxiety disorders, and depression. I love working with children as well as adults and families. I strongly believe and practice treating each person as a whole, unique, and talented individual. I have earned two masters degrees in Social Worker and Public Administration, both received from Arizona State University.

Nancy is a Limited Licensed Psychologist and a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor with over 30 years of experience working with children, adults and families. She has experience in providing treatment for many issues including childhood trauma, sexual abuse, behavioral problems, parent-child relationships, attachment, foster care and adoption, child development, attention deficit disorders, autism, stress management, anger management, anxiety, depression, and other emotional impairments.

Cathi has many years of experience providing care to both children and adults, including families and couples. She finds it most helpful to build trusting relationships through a supportive, non-judgmental client centered approach to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals. Cathi utilizes a variety of evidence based therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and Psychoeducation to assist clients through the therapeutic process.

My goal is to provide compassionate and professional counseling services to my clients. I provide therapy to individuals, children, couples, and families for a variety of issues. I have experience with trauma and am trained in EMDR therapy. I have utilized EMDR with men, women and children. I also have experience using multiple theories with women, children, men, couples, and families in a private practice setting or via telehealth. Along with EMDR, I utilize an eclectic approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Ghazi specializes in marriage counseling, depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger management, childhood trauma, and sex therapy. Ghazi received his clinical training at C.S. Mott Children's Hospital University of Michigan Health, in the Pediatric Hematology-Oncology Clinic working with adolescents and young adults. Ghazi worked with adolescents and young adults during remission on psychosocial factors, fertility preservations and the lifelong impact of Chemotherapy on patients.
