Kaitlynn’s approach to therapy is warm and welcoming. She utilizes a diversified therapeutic approach, while tailoring her treatment to the unique strengths and beliefs of each person she has the pleasure of working with. She believes in whole-person-centered therapy, exploring the mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and relational aspects of an individual. Kaitlynn has a strong belief in the practice of mindfulness. She believes every individual is valuable and worthy of finding acceptance and peace within themselves. Kaitlynn is happy to provide faith-based counseling when requested by her clients.
Kaitlynn Panak, LLMSW, received her Master of Social Work degree from Spring Arbor University. She has a broad range of clinical experiences including, but not limited to substance abuse, mental health, trauma, relational struggles, LGBTQ+ support, adolescent adjustment and teenage pregnancy.
