The journey of one's life can be thrown off course by unexpected changes, trauma, grief, life/family transitions, and emotional struggles. I am dedicated in creating a safe place for individuals and families to understand themselves better and explore these life challenges. Everyone needs to feel understood and accepted at some point in their lives. My goal is to recognize each person's individual needs and help create a path to a more fulfilling life. I am committed to providing holistic, inclusive, and personalized interventions that are effective in getting you back to your complete self.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families from all walks of life facing a variety of psychological concerns. My specialty is childhood trauma and its adult manifestations (anxiety, depression, grief/loss, self-doubt/esteem, identity issues, stress, relationship difficulties, & parenting).
I'm certified in advance nutritional integrative medicine for mental health. I provide sports psychology therapy for pro-athletics, as well as consultation for other leading professionals. I enjoy providing unconditional support and skills tailored to each individual's needs. So if you are ready to start this journey, then I am ready to be by your side.
