As a result, I am experienced working with individuals suffering from a broad range of severe & persistent mental illness: depression, anxiety, stress, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, anger issues, trauma, binge eating disorder, and more. Amongst others, I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for individuals with trauma/PTSD.

In addition, I specialize in working with prenatal and postnatal mood changes to help new mothers feel connected to their babies and those around them. I believe that connection with others is essential to our mental health.

I am a certified and licensed school psychologist in the state of Florida. My Doctorate is in Psychology with a focus on School Psychology. Therefore, I see school-aged children ranging from pre-kindergarten through high school to help them succeed with their academics, social, emotional, and behavioral skills. At this time, I work for a public school district and Children's Psychological Services, LLC. I am available to consult with schools and parents to assist with Response to Intervention (RtI), psycho-educational assessment, gifted, learning concerns, dyslexia, attention concerns, and more.
