I appreciate your taking the time to consider me to be your psychologist. I come to you with over 30 years of experience. I had been in a private practice in NJ and recently relocated to Florida. My focus is individual psychotherapy. I utilize what I would call a compassionate form of cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy with an emphasis on mindfulness based concepts. I do not believe in a one size fits all approach and will find the orientation and techniques that work for you as an individual.

Asking for help takes a lot of strength and bravery. I believe in treating clients with compassion and an understanding of the context of their lives. If you're struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management, relationship or family conflict, parenting, or navigating the challenges of society, I want to help. I take an eclectic approach using person-centered, systems, trauma-informed, and CBT evidence-based framework while drawing from a variety of styles for the coping skills and techniques best suited for you.
