I am a licensed professional counselor in Kansas, Missouri, and Colorado with 13 years of experience supporting individuals and couples through meaningful life transitions. I work best with those who feel ready for change and are open to exploring both practical tools and deeper inner knowing. In a calm, nonjudgmental space, we explore patterns, emotions, and what is asking to shift; integrating evidence-based care with intuitive insight. My role is to support you in finding clarity, strengthening self-trust, and moving forward in deeper alignment with who you are becoming - both as an individual and in your relationships.
When life feels heavy or uncertain, having space to pause and reflect can be transformative. I integrate DBT, Psychodynamic, Jungian, and Person-Centered therapy to support emotional regulation, insight, and intentional change; helping you explore patterns, meaning, and choice with greater clarity and alignment.
