I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) specializing in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and CBT! I specialize in providing you with behavioral coping skills including skillsets of mindfulness, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance. I will support you in expanding your coping skill tool kit!

My goal as your therapist will be to lead with compassion in helping you learn, integrate, and strengthen coping skills in your every day life! I will be there to support you through it all!
