Healing takes courage, and I believe that we all have courage, even if we have to dig a little to find it. I work with teens and adults, who are seeking a supportive and understanding environment where they can be authentic and vulnerable. Their goals include overcoming past traumas, breaking free from addictive behaviors, managing codependent tendencies, and addressing unresolved issues.

I find using evidenced based therapy combined with humor, metaphors, and authenticity to help alleviate stress in sessions.
