Meagan is a fully licensed independent Therapist. She has dedicated her life to helping people identify and accomplish their goals, break habits and overcome trauma to achieve a peaceful, balanced life. She enjoys helping people who are committed to overcoming challenges such as anxiety, self-esteem issues, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief, and difficult life transitions. Meagan has special interest in working with survivors of abuse including narcissistic, intimate partner, childhood and sexual. She will assist you in developing skills to help you thrive, feel grounded, and live in accordance with your values.
Meagan uses a mixed-methods approach to personalize treatment tailored to the needs of each person, as no individual is the same. Therapeutic modalities include CBT, DBT, ACT, SFBT and Mindfulness. By utilizing various modalities, she assists clients in examining the connection between how their thought patterns directly impact behaviors.
The therapeutic relationship is the most important factor in successful outcomes and treatment experience. Meagan’s goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, supportive, judgement-free environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to become their ideal self.
