I am here to help those struggling with unprocessed grief over trauma, abuse, and toxic home environments. Unprocessed grief often plays out in life through symptoms of codependence, relationship issues, anxiety/depression, and addiction that hinder us from living in freedom.
I specialize in Trauma, Codependency, Burnout, and Spiritual Guidance. I have also completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I believe everyone's recovery story is different and am ready to collaborate with you on your goals and treatment plan.
I had a long road of misery that took a turn when my counselor came alongside me with judgment-free compassion. I am seven years into my recovery story and am passionate about living life free from thoughts, behaviors and patterns that lead to dead ends, emotional rollercoasters and burnout. If you’re ready to be freed of those things too, I am here for you!
