With over 20 years of experience, helping you find a solution to difficult situations is my commitment. Developing coping skills to better deal with a life challenge, trauma such as sexual victimization and offending, marital/couple concerns, life phase transition, anger management, grief/loss are just a few of the areas I can help with. I also have extensive experience in the area of child behavior for issues such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). My expertise includes counseling and coaching, as well as providing assistance in conjunction with the family, school or doctor to develop a plan of support.

I am a clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, families and adults from a model of trauma-informed care. My areas of specialty include: child and adolescent behavioral issues, specifically anger management, school refusal, stress management, ADD/ADHD, and gender identity issues. I work with families through mediation, relationship-building and modeling effective communication; additionally my work with individuals center on each person's awareness of self, growth and wellness.
