Self care makes you feel superstitious. You aren’t opposed to therapy per se rather you are agnostic regarding your ‘healing.’ Re-telling the origin story of your pain again bores you, you figure that’s a definite red flag to recovery. Mindfulness exercises are interesting but not life-changing. Like carnival rides they are too short and have nothing to do with your real world.
