During my 30 years in the social work profession I have had an array of experiences that have focused on crisis work with families and individuals experiencing: trauma, loss, depression, grief, anxiety, low self-esteem, housing & employment issues, and family challenges. In my more recent practice years, I have enjoyed working with the LGBTQ community as a straight ally, and advocating for equal rights and fair treatment for all. So no one told you life was going to be this way? My particular passion in life is helping people discover how to find happiness. I enjoy working with people one on one as well as helping couples through relationship challenges. I work with a broad range of issues including depression, anxiety, stress management, life transitions, infertility counseling and sexual dysfunction post childbirth. In addition, I enjoy helping couples through all stages of their relationships, beginning with premarital coaching through navigating the relationships ups and downs, including ending the relationship.
