Hello, I'm McKenzie! I am a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor that works with adults with anxiety, depression, and trauma although I expand to many different reasons someone would seek therapy. I aim to be inclusive in my practice and to create a comfortable atmosphere for us to work together on attainable goals you set for yourself. I am here to support you on your own time and with your own rules. Therapy can be intimidating, but I strive to make it a comfortable experience for you and to take things at your own pace.
Small goals are key to help you grow into the person you want to be and be able to make life changes that suit you and your journey. I view therapy as a team between you and I to work together on a treatment plan that works best for you. I use mindfulness and evidence based techniques throughout our sessions.
