I aim to create a safe and calm environment where each individual can feel comfortable sharing their experiences. I utilize a range of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered, and Narrative Therapy. The therapeutic approach for each individual varies and is unique to the client’s personal goals, needs, and values.
Going to therapy can be scary. It is not easy to sit in front of a stranger and process your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and experiences. This is why, as a therapist, I value connection + strong therapeutic relationship with clients because I want them to feel safe sharing their experiences without any judgment.
