My specialties include working with children (2 years+), women, and maternal mental health. Collectively, I am experienced in helping clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, self-worth, grief, and trauma. For all ages, I aim to empower and promote healing in all my clients. I support survivors of sexual exploitation and abuse trauma, including physical sexual abuse, sextortion, trafficking, and online child sexual abuse. I work collaboratively with parents to work on their child's goals while also providing effective skills, education, and support to promote long-lasting therapeutic growth.
Under the supervision of a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) supervisor, I am actively pursuing extensive training to earn the RPT credential. I am trained and supervised in Animal-Assisted Counseling (AAC) through the Texas State AAC Academy. Additionally, I am actively completing training to earn the Perinatal Mental Health (PMH) Provider credential.
The thought of going to therapy can be overwhelming and it can be difficult to trust someone during a vulnerable time for yourself or your child.
