I am here to help them navigate these concerns in a developmentally tailored way. Through play therapy-informed services and other effective techniques, I will help your child reach their potential. My specialties include working with children, women, and maternal mental health. I offer play therapy-informed services with children and a variety of effective modalities to meet the maternal mental health needs of the mothers who step into my office. I am holistic, integrative, and creative in my approach because therapy is not "one size fits all".
The thought of going to therapy can be overwhelming and it can be difficult to trust someone with your child, especially during a vulnerable time.
